The room was updated and clean and available with 2 double beds. Location: the hotel was right by Great Greek Resturant, the club, Harrisonburg. Furthermore, close to restaurants and shopping...

It was fairly clean, I would stay there again. Had really really nice stay in a great location for me to stop on my road trip, the staff were understanding, location was decent next to Great Greek Resturant. The food was outstanding and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

Nothing
This facility needs a major renovation from top to bottom. The lobby was dirty. The exterior is unsightly. The room had Formica split under the sink; plaster coming off in the bathroom. The sink faucet was dripping and the sink had rust from the dripping water. The breakfast had nothing to offer. Would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Not one thing. For non-smoking rooms it smelled like someone smoked a carton in the room. Spiders everywhere...outlet hanging out if the wall...square cut out in wall not closed...heat blew out cold air.
To start, they had my reservation wrong. They had me in a single room when I booked a double. They had me checking in the day I put as checking out. For non-smoking rooms it smelled like someone smoked a carton in the room. Spiders everywhere...outlet hanging out if the wall...square cut out in wall not closed...heat blew out cold air. Just gross.

Excellent value, cheap hotel, yet cleanly and comfortable. Location from JMU was just out of the way of traffic, but a quick shot to the university.
I felt uncomfortable that there was not chain lock on the door.

The location is good.. close to JMU and hwy 81. The tables located outside near flower beds were nice.
At first we were given a smokers room when we requested non.. the smell of mold and cigarettes was unbearable. The second night was better as they accommodated us in a non smoking room but these rooms are dirty!! Cigarette burns in bedding, stains on box spring cover, mold and God knows what else on shower curtain, filthy hand prints on doors and walls. The breakfast was white bread, white bagels, some cereal, whole milk and Sunny delight. Definitely not worth the money!!

Low room rate Cleanliness
No coffee facilities in room No hair dryer in room nor was one available in office Very minimal breakfast offerings I realize, of course, lack of above amenities was reflected in the low room rate; provision of same would no doubt result in higher rates. I would recommend only to someone looking for low rates.

They had a vacancy. Everywhere else was booked. Price was right.
It was like going back in time. I don't know when the place was built but it's in desperate need of some renovations. The rooms were basically clean but had a musty smell. The entry door to the office was almost falling off the hinges. There has been no care taken to improve the incredibly out-dated decor. Our bathroom had pink and black tile with a powder blue bathtub. There was no hot water for showers at 8am in the morning so used a washcloth and the sink to freshen up and wash my hair in cold water.

The price and location!!
Although they are renovating this Inn, the bathroom is in desperate need of an overhaul!! But for the price it was fine!
